“Is it normal for the inside of this microwave to stay warm all of the time? Even when not in use the bottom inside of this microwave stays warm since we bought it three months ago”

No this is not normal for me, However the light underneath gets really hot, if you are leaving the light on this might be the issue. When I have the light on it does heat up the bottom of the microwave.
