QuestionAnyone else have an issue with the install instructions showing 17 1/4 " from bottom of cabinet to bottom of mounting plate, but the cardboard cutout template sets it at 17 1/2 "....which one is correct ?

- Answer I used the template with a sharp pencil and my actual install from the bottom of the cabinet is 17 3/8”. Microwave is tight to the upper cabinet with no play in the mounting bracket.

- Answer Did not outside vent just installed up against the wall above my range.the only thing I don’t like is the numbers like cooking times and other settings don’t light up causing me to put my can lights on to see in the early a.m. or at night.

QuestionCan you pause to check the food and then resume with a single button push? On my current oven, I can pull the door open, check things, close the door, and just hit "start." The cycle continues counting down from where it left off.

QuestionI am replacing a 36 inch ge microwave. Obviously they do not make 36 inch microwaves anymore. Can you suggest a filler kit that would be compatible with this? I haven't had any luck researching this and want to make sure it looks good. Thanks.

- Answer You should factor the warranty into the price of the product as it should be expected to fail, my KitchenAid convection microwave did. After paying over $649 for the microwave and installation, I'm not very happy about it not even lasting 2 years.

QuestionCan it accommodate a sizzle pan for bacon?

- Answer I don't know what a sizzle pan is, but depending of the size of the pan, (handle included), it would. You can also stop the turntable on this model, this would eliminate the handle hitting the interior. Hope this helps.

- Answer What are the dimensions? Depth, length, width? by Anonymous 6 months ago 17 1/8" Depth with wall mounting bracket on the back, if you add the handle 19 1/4". Length 17 1/8" and the width 29 7/8" it fits snug under my cabinets but it does come out 5 1/2 inches further past my cabinets

QuestionDoes this door when open need clearance? Does it swing into the left side of the microwave flush?

- Answer The door opens past a 90 degree angle but not by much. It allows for the oven/microwave to be totally open and it is very easy to place items into it or remove them. The door does not hit my cabinet door on the left side when it is open. I have found this unit to work quietly and effectively. The convection oven works very well.

QuestionWhen sensor cooking, the display says: determine time. What does it mean? Is that a prompt for me? The manual does not mention it at all.

- Answer I'm fairly certain that just means the steam sensor is still doing its thing and the computer can't yet tell you how much cook time is remaining. Once it stops "determining" it will start to display a countdown time instead.

QuestionOurs is new. It has six fan speeds - but does NOT vent anything from the stovetop. Any time we cook anything on the stove the microwave is totally covered in condensation. Geek Squad out twice - no better. They don't know how to make work. Anyone know?

- Answer If this microwave is set to recirculating (factory default configuration)this will happen. If there is an exterior vent and the venting configuration was changed to exterior this should not happen.
