Please try again later.I use an aluminum pan to make cookies and I only use glass for casseroles, however, I got a ready made pan of Man n Cheese from Sam’s and I think it was aluminum and all of these did awesome for me. I used the cookie setting and for the Mac n cheese the pasta casserole setting and it cooked perfectly. Yes aluminum and glass work awesome.
