“I have one of these microwaves and the control pad has stopped working. The clock is still on but the door will not open and it will not accept any key pad information. I can open the door by pushing the "open" button and pulling on the door. ???”

Hi, we're sorry to hear of the issues you are having with the Microwave. The first thing we suggest is rebooting the unit by either unplugging it or shutting it down at the breaker for 90 seconds. Try not to go over 90 seconds.
