- Answer I called Best Buy. They explained how to use the Control Lock setting. Push that and you can't accidentally start the machine.

- Answer Yes. Anywhere from 1-24 hour delay. Even though the manual says it 3, 6, and 9. That's wrong.

QuestionWhat is this about having to remove a bottom panel to drain off water collecting in a plastic tray under the edge of the door. We had the service guy look at this and he says we may have to have this tray drained on occasion. Wish we would not have bought

QuestionDishwasher continuously collects drain water at the bottom. Replaced inlet valve to confirm that it was not fresh water coming from inlet. Problem continued. Does this unit have a separate drain valve/ solenoid? How can it be fixed? Thanks.09/14/2018

- Answer The same thing happened to me. I had to go to the store to order it. It appeared the problem was the website thought I was out of the delivery area. I only lived 19 miles from the store according to Google Maps. I love the dishwasher and it was worth the inconvenience of having to go to the store to order it.

QuestionI am replacing an older KitchenAid Superbra that was 23 3/8 x 34. Will this fit into the same hole in my cabinet? I am worried about the 34 1/2. If not can you recommend one that will fit?

QuestionWhat's the clearance between the lower rack and the upper spray arm with the upper rack in the high position? Some dishwashers have 11 inches, some have 13 inches... my dinner plates are 11.25 inches in diameter so they need space.

QuestionThe description says the height is 34 1/2 but also that the cut out size should be 34. Which is it? If the dishwasher is a half inch taller than the cut out, it’s not going to fit. Our cabinet is 34 inches high.

QuestionDoes anyone know if this dishwasher has a rear water line and an open bottom? Apparently new dishwashers have enclosed bottoms and they will not slide into the opening in my kitchen due to a junction box set in the floor. Thanks.

- Answer The water line hookup is towards the front of the dishwasher. The bottom is open, however, that's where all the components are located, so depending on where your junction box is, this may or may not work.
