• Hello, the sanitize cycle takes the final rinse to 155 degrees.

• I don't know the temperature but the dishes are too hot to touch when the cycle ends. If I'm in a hurry I aim a portable fan on it. Everything is squeaky clean. So glad I didn't get a Bosch.
