Hello, model KODC504PPS does not use a steam clean. It uses high temperatures to loosen baked-on food residue in the upper oven cavity without the need for harsh chemical cleaners. After running this cycle, give the inside of the oven a wipe down with a damp cloth. Thank you for your inquiry about our KitchenAid appliances.
