• I didn't look up that actual level, but it is SERIOUSLY quiet. You may not realize it's on.

• I can't remember but it's quiet. You hear water girgling between cycles, but it is super quiet when the cycle is running. No swishing. There are quiet models, but this is quieter than regular dishwashers even 5 years ago.
