• I have the stainless steel, silver. The handle is in the black area in front.

• Hello, there is no actual handle on model KDPM604KBS. The indent around the display screen is Stainless Steel on the Black Stainless Steel Model. Thank you for your inquiry on our KitchenAid appliances.
