• I would just remove the big stuff, potato skins, meat bones, etc. If you mix cleaner and dirtier dishes then the dirtier dishes may not get clean. KA claims they have a dirt sensor and if no dirt is sensed then it goes to the next cycle. This does not necessarily clean even you cleaner dishes. We have had excellent results except for some skillets with burned on food.
