We just got this dishwasher and had the same problem until we did two things. First we made sure the drain hose is attached to the under side of the counter top to create the highest loop possible and very important the hose does not dip below the drain connection. So in other words after the high loop do not let it fall below the drain line. Second if you have an air gap or air vent make sure it is clean, clean and working. Once we fixed these things it worked perfectly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have the same issue with this model, and unfortunately, the only way to deal with it is by leaving the door open once the cycle ends.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have the same issue (very disappointing). We contacted Kitchen Aid and were told to use rinse aid (didn’t help). We changed the unit once (same problem). The only way to deal with it is by leaving the door open after the cycle ends.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have seen this on my new Kitchen Aide and on my old LG. I also seen condensation on the front of my wine cooler and around the edge of my refrigerator. My guess is humidity could be making it worse. With lower humidity you will still have some moisture remain as there is no air circulation from the outside.
