We have to completely rinse the dishes or they don't get clean. Even then we find greasy silver ware. What could we be doing wrong? null

Consider changing clean mode settings and a biggie detergent.  We use Cascade tablets.

We don’t have problems with grease staying but only with some areas are not completely dry. We used Rinse Aid, but did not resolve 100% so we leave door open for another hour or so.

I have not had to rinse thing off sines i got my Kitchen aid as long as it has hot water ever thing come out clean I love this dish wash it the best
