A:AnswerI would NEVER buy an appliance from Best Buy! We bought a KitchenAid dishwasher and it was installed incorrectly by a third party contractor for Best Huy. We rescheduled three times to have a new installer come out and the original installer came to my home all three times. We went to the store twice and met with the store manager who was rude and not helpful to say the least. He wanted to reschedule the appointment for a fourth time. We were ending our 15 day return policy and opted to return the product ourselves since no one showed up from Best Buy for our last appointment. It was the most difficult and frustrating shopping experience I have ever had. I will NEVER shop there again!
