• Bobd, this model Dishwasher does not have a third rack. Only an upper and lower rack.

• i bought the Model # KDTM354ESS and it does not have a 3rd rack

• It doesn't seem to have a full third rack unless the oversize utensil rack is considered to be a third rack.
