• I don't work for either BB or Kitchenaide, however I recently purchased this model. There are a couple of variations of this model, one of which has two additional drawers accessible with the refrigerator door closed - a really nice feature, but all of the models with either of these designs have the same depth. I know youre not asking this question, but the color and the LED lighting under the shelves are both very nice features, both of which tipped me towards this model.

• I don't believe so. Ours sticks out about three - four inches. Probably one inch is due to the electrical cord and wall outlet.
