Q: QuestionThe freezer has three drawers to store items (bottom, middle, top). Can the top drawer be removed easily?
Asked by maui.
- A:Answer I would not buy this appliance for this reason. I have this model. I have frost on the drawers. It is not horrilbe, but I can hear the frost scrape and it prevents the drawers from easily sliding. Because I cannot remove the drawers, I cannot get rid of the frost. It is very frustrating. KA appliances are too expensive to have to go back to the 1970s and defrost the entire fridge to get rid of frost in the freezer. I would not recommend purchasing this item. I called in service on this issue when I first purchased mine. I was told the freezer door must have been slightly open. I didn't believe that was the problem for the frost, but I could not dispute it. I was told to leave the freezer closed and it would de-frost. But that was 3 years ago. Although the freezer walls are clear, the drawers continually 'scrape' with the sound of frost. I had intended to manually remove freezer drawers to let them be frost free and start over, but I was told there are not options to remove the 2 top drawers. I refuse to unplug and completely empty my entire fridge like my mother used to do for a refrigerator way over $2,000. So, don't be fooled by the Wolf like appearance. I would rather have a uglier fridge that works well.

- A:Answer Don't buy it. It's beautiful and I love all the room inside, as well as the LED lights, pull out drawers in freezer, etc., however, I am going on my 2nd repair in 1 1/2 years of owning this model. I paid over $3K for this unit and I expected better performance. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!

Q: QuestionWhat is the depth of the shelves inside of the unit?
Asked by april.
- A:Answer I’m not 100% certain regarding the actual depth/measurement of the shelves, but I would highly recommend that you read the reviews of this refrigerator. We have been attempting for 6 weeks to get this refrigerator and have found all 5 attempted deliveries to be defective. The defects include water dispenser malfunction (pouring water in the refrigerator), shelves not fitting properly, scratches on the interior and exterior, and over icing of the freezer. Think twice before purchasing a Kitchenaid refrigerator...

Q: QuestionDoes this come in a counter depth? if so what is the Model Number?
Asked by Captainfantastic.
- A:Answer I don't work for either BB or Kitchenaide, however I recently purchased this model. There are a couple of variations of this model, one of which has two additional drawers accessible with the refrigerator door closed - a really nice feature, but all of the models with either of these designs have the same depth. I know youre not asking this question, but the color and the LED lighting under the shelves are both very nice features, both of which tipped me towards this model.
