We,ve had the fridge for a few weeks now, it looks very nice. The inside is grey which is very attractive. The lighting is very good and there is plenty of space. The controls are sleek on a flat display.

Got this fridge and I am very happy with it. Inside looks like a luxurious top of the line car. All the really nice stainless steel in and out. I Love the LED lights inside. Makes so much ice my parties always have more than enough. Freezer is very nice with the pizza area my kids love. Kitchenaid is super good. Stay away from LG

I love this thing. From the high quality restaurant style functionality to the darker yet cool stainless steel looking interior it’s great. I’m used to a white interior. It’s kinda nice to have a unique interior.

The drain for humidity in this refrigerator was placed just above the freezer and Ice maker was moved to the door. The line repeatedly froze and ice formed across the cooling vents repeatedly. Only the bottom shelf was cold enough to keep food cold. We had food going bad constantly and cheese moldy before it was opened. We had repairmen out and were finally told it was a design flaw and got a warranty replacement. I hated this fridge it costed me money for food and was expensive to begin with not to mention dealing with repairman and so many appointments! Huge disappointment!!!!! The picture is of the Kitchenaide going away and my new LG finally replacing it!

Very happy and glad we bought refrigerator. Its a great upgrade from my last refrigerator. I recommend it.

I love this refrigerator. Had a side by side before and wasn't sure I would like this style but I do. Lots of room good lighting and holds a lot of stuff. Love the beverage drawer.

This fridge is a big problem in my life! Every six month I need to melt ice inside back(see the photo) , but it's a frost free! It has a red leak inside and need a paper to retain it (see the photo) I'll never buy Kitchenaid fridge again!

We purchased this refrigerator 1 year ago. The coils are freezing up and we’re having to spend a lot of time and money to have it repaired. Will not buy kitchen aid brand refrigerator again.

We like the features and design of space in this refrigerator but we have had trouble with the water dispenser. We have already had one repair on it in less than one month of usage, which didn't fix the problem and have to undergo two more visits from the Geek squad, which causes us to take time off from work. It has been a very frustrating experience. Based on this if you buy this refrigerator get the warranty for a few hundred extra dollars. You may need it!

We bought this fridge about 3 weeks ago and we absolutely love it! Lots of interior space and can hold a lot of food. The fridge looks stunning and beautiful in our kitchen! We paid $400 more for the platinum interior and it was money well spent! We would recommend spending the $400 extra for the sleek platinum interior. We absolutely love everything about this fridge! The only reason why we did not give this a 5 star rating is because we have some minor defects with the pullout freezer trays. Both of the metallic pieces on the pullout freezer trays warped and could not withstand the freezing temperature. We contacted Bestbuy and spoke with the sales rep, Michael, who sold us the fridge and he was super helpful! He ordered us new trays rigth away. Bottom line...awesome fridge and superior service by Bestbuy staff! We would recommend this fridge to anyone and Bestbuy is the place to get it. We love our experience at Bestbuy in Modesto. Thank you Michael!!!

The interior of this refrigerator is nicely designed. It's very easy to access food in either the upper or lower (freezer compartments). The grey interior is really nice and the bright LEDs make finding food very easy. No more dark interiors! The ice maker works well. You can hear the mechanism that pushes the cubes from the freezing area into the door storage, but otherwise the refrigerator is silent. The in-door water and ice work very well. Be careful about pushing buttons at the same time. We accidentally put the refrigerator into 'Sabath' mode, which quiets the unit and turns off most lights. The interior digital controls let you see the exact temperature in both the refrigerator and freezer. The shelves are adjustable and have a spill catcher capability. The Best Buy install team did a nice job. They installed all new, reinforced hoses for the water line.

We have had the fridge for 3 months now and couldn't be happier. The space is amazing! The lighting is great and I really love the two sliding drawers in the freezer. It makes mini ice cubes that are perfect.

I fell in love with the inside of this refrigerator the first time I looked at it. The lighting is spectacular! Feels like your food is on display. The metal trim on the edge of the drawers is a nice touch. Very spacious! I would of given it 5 stars but I feel the doors need to be “tightened” better so they don’t swing open upon opening them, it was a bit pricy and it is a bit rounded and not flat like the rest of my KitchenAid appliances.

It is important to compare other products of this kind. This product has built-in quality. A solid product. Design was thought out. A large draw and 2 small draws with steel slides that do not buckle. Internal lightening impressive. Plenty of storage room and shelves. The item was delivered from the warehouse with 2 large dents and we are still waiting for the new replacement.

Had to make a new fridge selection very quickly due to old one going out day before Thanksgiving and too expensive to justify repair. Looked at 4 places before making decision on this one. It had most of the features we were looking for and then some plus could be delivered when we needed it. Was a little more expensive than wanted to pay even on sale but happy with decision to buy. Good looking unit.

This is the forth time my refrigerator has needed a service call, refrigerator is 10 months old. Today my fridge compartment stop cooling, we had to empty and notice lower half of fridge was solid ice (see pic). Left message for another service call. I would stay away from KitchenAid refrigerators. If you do, get the extended warranty.

Love my new Kitchen Aid Refrigerator. It's beautiful and fits perfectly in my remodeled kitchen. It has much more storage than my old one since the ice maker is housed in the door. The grey interior is nice too. Good lighting from the LED lights. Freezer is spacious too. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the light in the freezer compartment. It doesn't provide for much lighting. Just the top drawer. It's a little hard to see the bottom storage bins.

Love how much room there is in this frig. You can see everything so stuff doesn't get buried in the back and bottom. Same with the sliding shelves in the freezer. The grey interior with LED lighting really gives it an upscale look. Have not had an issue with the icemaker thus far as some other reviewers have. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it does seem to be cheaply made ie. the stainless steel is very thin, the metal trim super thin and easily dented, the plastic thin and brittle like you need to be gentle with it not to break anything. Other than that, we have had it 2-3 months now and we love it. Also, we bought as an open box item at a reduced price, (had a few very small dings) so that helps.

The day after this refrigerator was delivered, I was on the phone to KitchenAid. This thing was noisy! I mean, really noisy! So loud we had to turn up the tv volume! So noisy it was nothing you would ever get used to. So a repair person came out and said this was normal. No. So we called the salesman at Best Buy. They sent out the Geek Squad. Return it they say. So we did. Best Buy delivered the new fridge and it was fine. Normal refrigerator noise level. YAY! Very impressed with the service from Best Buy. The refrigerator itself is very nice. The stainless steel does not show finger prints. Lots of room in the freezer. The interior is really cool, a beautiful gray. The lighting is excellent.
