Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I always start with the simple things first, Be sure that the water valve is turned on. If that doesn't work check to see if the tubing from the valve & the frig isn't kinked. if none of those are an issue, try turning the water off and uninstall the filter and reinstall the filter. Being sure once it's installed to turn the water back on. If none of those seem to resolve your issue contact KitchenAid directly. You can find their contact information at their website.
