Mine is doing this. I’ve only had it 2 weeks. One of the weeks we’ve been away.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dont have an answer, but just noticed the condensation with the freezer door gasket. Not a lot of moisture, but it's definitely there. Will be reporting it. How was yours fixed by KItchenaid?
