Hello, model KOED527PSS does not have the Steam Cleaning option. It uses high temperatures to loosen baked-on food without the need for chemical cleaners. After running this cycle, give the inside of the oven a wipe down with a damp cloth. Thank you for your inquiry about our KitchenAid appliances.
