A: Hello, model KOED527PSS does not have the Steam Cleaning option. It uses high temperatures to loosen baked-on food without the need for chemical cleaners. After running this cycle, give the inside of the oven a wipe down with a damp cloth. Thank you for your inquiry about our KitchenAid appliances.
Q: Does a Manuel come with this oven?
A: Yes. Good luck getting any information out of it. It’s basically useless. The good thing is the oven is very easy to operate without instructions.
Q: Are the doors the soft-close type?
A: Yes, they are. When I go to close the door, it eases shut on the last 1-2 inches. Love the ovens!
Q: How many racks does this oven have and are they all the satin rollout type or slide type?
A: 3 racks come with each oven with only one of the three being the rollout.

A: It has the Sabbath mode so that should be a delay start timer. And it has a cook timer. This is for both ovens.

KitchenAid Double Ovens Working Great!
I have only had my new KitchenAid Double Ovens for a few weeks. So far, they have performed perfectly. The ovens do reach the proper temperatures. I checked them with extra thermometers. They look very attractive. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Double wall uniy
Very nice product, easy to use. Although no operating booklet came with you so you must use Google to check about settings.

Solid Oven
I have only used it a handful of times and will update this review if it fails in the next couple of years. So far it’s a solid oven. Holds temp nicely heats quickly and I like the smooth easy glide racks
