QuestionI am interested in this oven; I just want to make sure; it is not strictly convection; but can be used as a regular oven (without the convection feature)?. In other words, it has an option to use convection or regular heating. I need both features.

- Answer Hello Don44! The bake element is hidden. A range or wall oven with all racks in the oven cavity will preheat to 350°F in: 12 - 15 minutes (+/- 5 minutes).

QuestionI just had this oven installed. It has a gap along the top and does not sit flush like the bottom . Installer had a difficult time making it fit. Shouldn’t this sit flush?

- Answer We self-installed it and had the same issue with a narrow gap at the top. You could raise it from the inside with 2 wood rails or cut a piece of wood to size and fill the gap. We did the latter and it looks fine. Hope that helps.

- Answer Ignore the previous answer, it is not a 27" cutout width. They do not know what they are talking about. Look up the manual, its closer to 251/2"

QuestionIs the control panel backlit and easy to see? Macular regeneration requires good light.

- Answer It is an LCD display and the display is very bright. The buttons are not lit so you will have to learn which is which, but the operation is easy once you get the hang of it and it is THE BEST oven I have ever owned. The bottom rack with the slides is great for heavy items.
