Update: Two techs have been out and updated KitchenAid, both say they don't smell anything but the vinegar. I put some butter back into the fridge to "catch the smell".

Advised to wash out with vinegar. I told him I'd already vinegar washed it weeks ago when I emptied out the fridge due to toxic smell permeating the food. There had been no food, citrus or otherwise, in the fridge and it still smelled just as bad after it was emptied and washed. Advised to wash it out again and wait a few days. Washed with vinegar. LEFT VINEGAR SOAKED paper towels and baking soda in fridge/freezer for the past few days - still smells like toxic burning plastic. Meanwhile, the food we didn't have to throw away yet is in coolers on the patio. Extremely unhappy.

Get a call 930am 2/17 they are NOT coming, first available 2/26. Meanwhile, what food was salvageable is in coolers on our back patio. Another call to service...so far on hold 45 minutes. This is completely unacceptable.
