Hello Nervous, I do not show any recalls or quality initiatives with this model. There is a Limited One Year Warranty - Parts and Labor. For one (1) year from the original retail purchase date on your receipt, any part which fails in normal home use will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You may refer to the Use and Care for any warranty details. (Additional warranties may apply on some models).
