Q: QuestionHi, I cannot get the lid assembly to come apart, is there a video or instructions. I have seen one video where they simply lift the black top off the clear part, but mine wont budge and i am afraid to break it, but i want to clean in there. KFC3516BM
Asked by garthm.
- A:Answer I just bought this chopper. Once you finally figure it out, it's easy, but does take a little strength. If the top cover is on, hold the handle firmly in right hand and then pull the lid only from the very top of the handle TOWARDS you. To put the lid back on to use, again hold the handle firmly with the right hand, place lid firmly into the clear chopper making sure the blade is seated ( should easily move up and down with a light pressure on the top of the blade) and push the top of the lid handle AWAY from you until it clicks in place.
