- Answer It comes assembled one oven over another. Very heavy, so get some help to install. Haven't installed my new one yet, but have the same double oven installed in the home we will be moving out of soon. Had the store install it.

QuestionI have been doing low temp cooking to dehydrate certain fruits and vegetables. Upon opening the door to check, there is a lot of water dripping from the top of the top oven and showing condensation on the door

- Answer Diva- Unfortunately this unit does not have a dehydration mode. The door would need to be left open for the condensation to escape. However this unit can not be running for safety reasons with the door open.
