“I had this oven installed today and I have a question. The instructions say I can set the oven to bake as low as 145. On my oven the bake feature will not let me set below 170. IS this a malfuntion? Or, are the instructions incorrect.”

• Old information in the instructions . Ovens don’t go below 170 any longer . This holds true for all brands . I’m sure it’s some obscure government mandate .
