Q: QuestionIs there a model that will fit in the same size hole as the KICU500XSS. There are no available replacement parts and we must find a new unit to fit in the cut hole.

- A:Answer Curious about the age, Seem like BS but I have a unit less than 5 years old and the control board is out and they have no replacement parts for it. No new unit from them fits existing opneing. seems like a crock.

- A:Answer Hello skv, we do not have any griddle's designed for induction cooktops. You will need a ferromagnetic model in order for the Induction system to work. Please also note a rough bottom surface can easily damage the cooktop glass.

Q: QuestionWe need to replace a Frigidaire cook top model FGEC3045K and would like to get a Kitchen Aid model kicu509xbl, but see that one of the cut out dimensions is to large is there a trim kit to solve this problem? The counter top a hard surface ceramic.
