QuestionWhy does the Specification says input voltage is 240V why it is not 110V? Do we have to step up the 110V to 240V in our home?

- Answer Yes, you do have to step up the voltage to 240. If you don’t, there will not be enough power to run multiple burner pads. Unfortunately, I had to hire electrician to run a wire from my fuse box, which is upstairs all the way down to where the cooktop is going to be installed. Good luck.

QuestionCan I place K.A. 30" cooktop on the top of old metal Wedgewood stovetop. it will not be sunk into a countertop. Will the vents be on sides of the induction cooktop? Will Wedgewood metaltop interfere? I have a 240 outlet. Gas valve is shutoff.
