“Does the microwave become an actual "oven" when needed? Ideally I want a double oven (for my occasional holiday cooking) but can't fit a double oven and microwave into my small kitchen, which is why this one seems like a win-win for me. Feedback?”

• My older one is a microwave with convection oven. It does work exactly as an oven. However, it is small, and on a turntable, so can only be used with smaller dishes.

• Hello ToSmallforDoubleOven, this model the microwave would double as a second oven. It increases the speed of cooking and provides a secondary convection cooking option.
