“My microwave turntable rotation now has to be turned on every time I use it, When I first purchased it this was not the case--the rotation was on unless I turned it off. Is there a way to reset this so that the turntable rotates by default? Thanks!”

Hi. I had the same issue. But it is fixed now Press tools button and scroll until you get to turntable. Select on. Mine was off.

Hi Lou, If the turn table is not longer working we would recommend to try a power reset on the appliance. We hope this helps.
