TDrumm, there is plastic on the bottom of the knobs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The knob is metal. The Shaft the knob connects to is metal. The collar at the bottom of the knob is a heavy duty plastic. I had to look for myself, I thought is was metal. No issues with plastic. No issues with cleaning. No issues with heat. Stove top works amazing.
