What is the lip measurement for this cooktop? null

36" with 1/2" lip under. Please be aware that KitchenAid wouldn't warranty this model because they said it was over a year old, even though I bought it only a few months ago. I am missing a part and many calls into Best Buy "total tech support" hasn't been able to ship part to me and my new stove top is currently unusable.
