are the grates easy lift? null

Hello Jack, these are not the easy lift grates, however, they are easy to remove. We hope this helps.

There are 3 grates weighing 8 lbs. each. Could be a little heavy especially for an elderly person. On the plus side, the weight does keep them positioned securely.
