Hi Kar, The ice cream maker attachment is compatible with this model.

The kitchenaid site will tell you which attachments fit which machines. It is my understanding that all attachments fit the power hub of all machines, new or old.

Yes the kitchen aid ice cream attachment will. However you might need to look at the driver and dasher to see if you have the right ones. If not you will need to contact kitchen aid
