Q: QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the griddle cooking area? Also, is there an attachment to surround the griddle area to keep grease from splattering onto the counter and/or cook top? This would be a nice option to have.

Q: QuestionLeft front burner has "power" and "simmer" settings. This burner shoots orange flame, mostly to the rear, under power setting. This means too much gas and not enough oxygen, right? How do we adjust this?
