QuestionIn what increments can the temperature be changed, i.e. 5 degrees, 10, 25, 50, etc.? Or, are you confined to just certain temperatures such as 350, 425, etc.?

QuestionIs the temperature setting accurate - if I set it to bake at 350 is it cooking at 350? Had one with temperature dial and it was off by 60 degrees - set for 350 put in oven thermostat & it read 410! Had to send it back. Also looking for simple to operate.

- Answer I would easily say yes, this doesn’t produce that much heat on top. It’s when you open the door that the heat escapes and that should come out past the front of your cabinets.
