- Answer I would easily say yes, this doesn’t produce that much heat on top. It’s when you open the door that the heat escapes and that should come out past the front of your cabinets.

- Answer The sticker on the bottom of the unit says it’s rated at 1800 watts. If I remember correctly, watts/volts=amps. If so, that would be 15 amps.

- Answer The exterior is matte black steel. The 9x13 pan is 1” deep. I suppose you could bake a thin cake in it.
