• The metal food grinder does not feature a shave option. A Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder attachment would be the best choice of shaving cooked meat and cheeses.

• This grinder attachment only grinds meats to a ground beef consistency. There was a course and a fine attachment. Your use is not limited to meats only, other foods can be ground I also like coarse breads etc.
