Hi Tuco, All of the attachments that use the front hub of the mixers are universal on all models no matter how old the units are.

My mixer was that old as well. The attachment fits perfectly in the front of the mixer. Just unscrew the little black nob, pull of KitchenAid logo, put attachment in, rescrew.
