What’s the metal for the meat grinder null

I believe body is aluminum alloy, hence, it is not dish washer safe; the aluminum will corrode, due to dish washer compound. Hand/sink wash. Internals are steel but do with body shell. Not a big deal. Tip, after last grinding, input a slice of bread; it will maximize meat output and start to clean body shell internals, it helps.
