It’s a grinder, not a grater. Your squash would be mush. You could grind cooked roast for somebody that can’t chew, but it would not be burger. It would be mushy meat.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven’t tried squash but since there are different cutting wheels it it probable you will find the finer disk produces a purée and the coarser one will produce a rice-like consistency. It will definitely grind leftover cooked meats.
