“Is there any maintenance that goes along with this model such as changing a filter or any other that could cause wet dog smell on dishes? Already tried other things and ran bleach through it. If so where can you find the filter within dishwasher?”

There is a large food trap that should be cleaned out periodically. That is likely your odor. Search for the model number and download the user manual to locate it and see other minimal maintenance items.

Run a vinegar rinse through the dishwasher by putting 2 cups (500 mL) of white vinegar in an upright glass measuring cup in the lower rack. Run a normal cycle with the ProDry™ option turned off.
