Q: QuestionWe are looking to buy the Klipsch outdoor rock speakers. Best Buy sells the model number AW-650-SM and other sellers offer the AWR-650-SM. What is the difference in the two models? Thanks!

• A:Answer The AWR-650-SM are designed to be either wired as mono or stereo (see manual). You can either have a pair of them, or just a single and still get the full, left and right signal.

Q: QuestionI just bought a pair of these yesterday, did not receive yet. Are they the basic 2 wire connection, so I can just switch the red/black or whatever from my current outdoor Yamaha speakers to the rock?

• A:Answer The AWR-650-SM will have 4 wire connection in case you wanted to wire the speaker stereo instead of the standard mono. • A:Answer The AWR-650-SM is a passive speaker, and will need to be connected to an AV receiver or amplifier in order to be powered. They are recommended at 100W per channel into 8 ohms. It will then be up to the amp or receiver whether it will connect with the echo dot.
