A: I am having same exact problem... I cannot reach anyone from the company
A: I am having the exact same problem. Galaxy S10. I had been able to pair /Bluetooth fine until about 10 days ago. Now I can connect, but it will drop within 15 seconds. All my children's Apple products work fantastically well. I am annoyed to say the least, but idk if it's a speaker issue or an Android update causing this heartburn.

Good reliable speaker
Good reliable quality..wish the sound was more and louder. Had them outside so far through a jersey winter without problems. Works again. May buy 2 more

Bluetooth Stereo Solar Winner
I was skeptical. Pleasantly surprised. Easy setup. Solar charging actually works. Sound is 7 out of 10. Loud enough for my backyard. Highs: very good. Lows: ok, acceptable. You do need to turn each one on everytime you use.
