“I bought a Klipsch Cinema 400 soundbar and there is no power light and I can no longer turn it on. The subwoofer has the Bluetooth light to indicate that is powered. I held down the power button, tried a factory reset but didn't work. Help.”

If you have not done so already, please try taking the sound bar to a wall outlet directly instead of a power strip. If the issue is still present, please reach out to Klipsch Support to speak directly with a product support representative.
