I bought a Klipsch Cinema 400 soundbar and there is no power light and I can no longer turn it on. The subwoofer has the Bluetooth light to indicate that is powered. I held down the power button, tried a factory reset but didn't work. Help. null

I have not encountered this problem with either of the two units I have. Sounds like a power supply problem. Contact Klipsch at 1-800-554-7724 and they should help you out.
