“I placed an order BBYTX-80638326262 on November 29. I was told in the information supplied by you that I would get a notification if I was not going to get it by Dec 22. I NEVER got notified or the sound bar! When can I expect to get it!?? .”

Orderd Dec. 1 showed delivery to my home on the 14th. Checked with Best Buy when it didn’t show and then the system said Dec. 28th. Still didn’t show. Now they say it’s back ordered. Finally called Klipsch and asked when should I expect it. June I asked. They said they hope to have more and I may see it sometime towards the middle or the end January.

Same here. I ordered on November 30th and it was supposed to be ready for pickup on the 12th. It has been delayed since with no update.
