A:Answer Yes, these speakers have a built-in phono preamp stage, so they will work with any turntable that has a moving magnet cartridge (the vast majority, including your AT-LP120).
If your turntable outputs line-level with RIAA equalization, set the switch on the back of the speakers to "Line."
If your turntable outputs phono-level without RIAA EQ, then set the switch on the back of the speakers to "Phono."
If you have a moving coil cartridge, only then will you need a special outboard preamp.
