• You'd need to put your mp3 player through a home theater amplifier auxiliary input, which then powers these speakers via speaker wire.

• They will only work with an Ipod or MP3 player that is connected to a receiver. There is not a bluetooth option, if that is what you are asking.

• They would but since they are not powered you would need an amp. The other option would be to get the R-15PM, they are powered.

• you cant plug anything directly into this speaker except for speaker wire. you need an amplifier to feed power to these speakers. You would connect your ipod to the amplifier, assuming it has inputs for an aux cable.
