Please try again later.If you have a really low amperage receiver, you may have to run it at a higher percentage to get it to be equal volume to lower power speakers (such as come with some of the home-theatre-in-a-box setups), and this can "burn out" your receiver prematurely. Any full size receiver you buy at a store (Sony, Pioneer, Yamaha, etc) should be an adequate driver, the mini receivers and mini-systems just won't be as loud.
